On Mysore Mondays, you can arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m., and on Saturdays, the class starts at 9:00 a.m.

Mysore-style courses focus on an individualized and autonomous yoga practice. Students work at their own pace, tailoring postures to their abilities and limits. This format welcomes practitioners of all levels in a mutually supportive environment.
