What is Body-Mind Centering® Intro Workshop ?

Seeking to transform and grow? Explore movement, body, and consciousness with Body-Mind Centering® in this introductory workshop. Delve into an embodied experience of anatomical and developmental principles, and learn more about the upcoming Program, starting July 2025 at Forest Lighthouse.

Body-Mind Centering® is an integrated and embodied approach to movement, the body and consciousness.
Developed by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, it is an experiential study based on the embodiment and application of anatomical, physiological, psychophysical and developmental principles, utilizing movement, touch, voice and mind. Its uniqueness lies in the specificity with which each of the body systems can be personally embodied and integrated, the fundamental groundwork of developmental repatterning, and the utilization of a body-based language to describe movement and body-mind relationships.

This workshop is an introduction to next Somatic Movement Education Program the School for Body-Mind Centering® Starting July 2025 will be offered in the Forest Lighthouse.
The Introduction workshops and the Somatic Movement Education program are an initiative of www.tessura.org.  For a detailed schedule of Tessura’ s Somatic Movement Education Program see: https://www.bodymindcentering.com/locations/organization/tessura/
