What is Bones for Life® – Certificate Program ?
The Bones for Life® certification program is designed to be taken after completing the basic program and completes the path to becoming a certified Bones for Life® teacher.
BONES FOR LIFE® is a program that stimulates bone strength and promotes posture that supports body weight. It is the art of safely stimulating the bones. The primary condition for supporting dynamic movements capable of building bone is to ensure a reliable posture that will protect the cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, hips, and knees from compression and deviation.
• To receive a detailed PDF with information, or for details about catching up on the Bones for Life® Core Program in order to access the diploma course, contact us directly at learn@f-lh.be.

A poorly organized skeleton leads to balance problems, increasing the risk of falls and, consequently, the risk of fractures. One of the keys to safety is the ability to align our bone structure correctly so that it can support the body's weight safely, more efficiently, and with less fatigue. The Bones for Life® certification course follows on from the Core Program® and allows participants to deepen their learning and integration of the processes, as well as train future Bones for Life® teachers.
- Professionals in somatic education and health,
- Arts professionals: dancers, musicians, actors; martial arts teachers/practitioners,
- Anyone seeking additional resources and avenues of understanding to improve and enrich their practice,
- People looking for tools to improve their health and quality of daily life (subject to availability).
The Bones for Life® certification program will enable you to integrate, analyze, and develop your own teaching approach based on the 90 Bones for Life® processes and the various topics covered, tailored to different audiences.
You will progress step by step through personal experience, group discussions, and teaching practices.
- Experimentation, analysis, and teaching of the 90 Bones for Life® processes
- Learning how to stimulate bone strength through natural movements and appropriate pressure.
- The basics, deepening, and perfecting of optimal skeletal alignment
- Mobility for stability
- Reorganization of the upper limbs (arms, hands) and lower limbs (legs, feet)
- Head posture when standing
- Primary movements for walking (crawling, walking on all fours)
- Return to dynamic physical activities
- Fall management
- Exploration of anatomy through self-touch

General
Forest Lighthouse is a somatic education center, a discipline that regards the body as a tool for expression, a vehicle for experience, and a means of learning. The center specializes in organizing courses, workshops, and training programs with curricula designed to cultivate a deep understanding of the unity of body and mind.
We offer a wide range of somatic courses and training programs, tailored to various needs and interests. Our events aim to create a bridge between the arts and sciences, from dance to neuroscience.
Just as we seek to highlight well-established disciplines, we also strive to introduce pioneering approaches in the field of somatics.
