What is Indian Classical Dance and Feldenkrais ?
This workshop offers you an initiation and rhythmic exploration through classical Indian dance (Sattriya).
By exploring the dance, its rhythms and its age-old codes, you will find new ways to feel movement and express your vitality. You will discover how the body’s capacities awaken and adapt to contain the rhythms and forms drawn from classical Indian dance.
The workshop will offer a gentle and playful approach combining sung rhythms, danced verse and movement preparation through the Feldenkrais method. It is a space for each participant to open up to new physical and emotional possibilities.
