Ana Victoria Iommi

Ana is a dancer, Doula, Pilates and Yoga teacher.She began with ballet and then moved on to contemporary dance.She discovered Pilates after a serious knee injury. This approach enabled her and prevent further injury. Ana has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years.Passionate about conscious movement and somatic techniques, Ana has taken anatomy courses in anatomy for movement, so she trained in the Gyrotonic technique. She teaches creative dance in nursery and elementary school in collaboration with Pierre de Lune Ana is trained as a Quantik Doula. She accompanies women, couples and families as a Doula.
Tara Appriou

Tara Appriou

Tara is a certified Pilates teacher (Balanced Body method) and a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method (Brussels I), with an initial background in contemporary dance. Her journey has led her to teach in various countries, enriching her approach with multicultural sensitivity and a deep attunement to the moving body. Through her classes, she guides each person with precision and gentleness, fostering body awareness, fluidity, and lasting well-being.
Orazio Giurdanella

Orazio Giurdanella

Orazio Giurdanella is a well-being and Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience. He began his career as a dancer in the 1990s, moving from Venezuela to the New World School of the Arts in Miami, where he trained as a dancer and dance instructor. His journey into Pilates began with a scholarship from Tigertail Productions, and he started teaching children at that time. He later continued his Pilates training in Chicago, New York, and London, further developing his expertise. He also became a certified yoga instructor in India under Elizabeth Ruales in Kerala and took courses in Ayurvedic...

I am a certified teacher of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. My classes focus on holistic yoga flows. This path takes you through the philosophy and practice of mindfulness and yoga.
