This treatment is based on pain neuroscience education, Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, and acknowledges the impact of fear as well as the role of the brain in the pain process. By addressing the emotional factors tied to pain, you can reduce anxiety, fear, and stress.
Unlearning pain can reduce the need for pain medications or invasive treatments.
Breaking the pain cycle can lead to improved movement and flexibility.
