Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term used to describe a wide variety of yoga styles. It comes from two root words: "nyasa," which means to focus attention in a meditative way, and "vi," which means to arrange or place in a specific way. Together, Vinyasa suggests a flowing, dynamic style of yoga where breath is used as a guide to link movements and postures intentionally. This practice aims to free the mind and create a deeper connection with the body and its sensations.
Vinyasa Yoga offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits due to its dynamic flow and focus on breath synchronization, such as :

Yoga is a living art—a way of moving, breathing, thinking, and evolving within the ever-changing world around and within us. It includes asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), meditation, chanting, and philosophical exploration. Through Vinyasa, we balance and reframe our perception by harmonizing oppositions within and without.
You'll be guided in a continuous flow between standing and sitting postures, to play and become aware of the transitions between each posture while connecting to your own creativity.
