1 individual session with Neurosomatic guidance
A personalized time, tailored to your needs, to explore your patterns of functioning and orient your path.
Through a gentle, non-invasive touch, the exploration supports a growing awareness of often implicit patterns, opening possibilities for greater ease in movement, improved comfort, and, in some cases, an evolution in the ways of perceiving, acting, and self-regulating, with movement serving as a support for learning.
