On the first day, you will discover Wuji Hundun Qigong, an ancient Qi Gong based on gentle circles and spirals, that works on centering, flexibility and adaptability.

On the second day, the Radiant Lotus Qi Gong, which focuses on women’s physiology and includes 5 Essential Movements.

1. What is it about ?

Wuji Hundun is an ancient Qi Gong based on gentle circles and spirals, working on the centering, flexibility and movement needed to connect with the subtle energies of Heaven and Earth, with a view to rebalancing oneself and evolving harmoniously in an unstable, ever-changing environment. The meditation associated with this Qi Gong aims to bring the 3 main energy centers into connection and coherence: vitality, compassion and wisdom. Radiant Lotus Qi Gong comprises 5 Essential Movements, self-massages and 6 Tibetan sounds. This method is particularly suited to the physiology of women, whose hormonal system has a direct influence on their quality of life. This Qi Gong helps to regain physical and emotional balance, cultivating inner calm and supporting the immune system. Graceful, flowing movements release tension in the body, allowing vital energy to circulate easily through tissues and organs. As these are better nourished, their functions are optimized.

The day begins with a gentle all-over warm-up for muscles and joints.
The teacher demonstrates the movements of the Qi Gong method, explaining their effects.
Students then experiment with the movements several times, with the teacher's help and guidance.
Self-massage, meditation and sound are practiced in the afternoon, after lunch.
This is followed by a general rehearsal of the method, and time for questions and answers.
