What is Theater for Kids (6-10 y.o.) ?

This theatre workshop is aimed at children aged 6–10 who want to discover the world of the stage through play, movement, voice and collective creation. It is a caring and stimulating space where each child can express themselves freely, build confidence and forge bonds with others.

These classes are led by Betzabel Falfan, an actress, dancer and teacher of Mexican origin, and co-founder of Forest Lighthouse. Introduced to traditional street theatre in Mexico as a child, then to stage acting as a teenager, she studied theatre at Paris 8 University before devoting ten years to classical Indian dance during extended stays in India.

Today, she supports children with special needs, as well as families with babies, in their developmental stages through movement, physical, sensory and artistic learning, drawing on her background in somatic education, the Feldenkrais method and the Brighter Minds programme. Her experience has led her to work with children in several European countries, as well as in India and Mexico, always with a particular focus on the richness and uniqueness of each individual’s journey.

In this workshop, children discover theatre through play, movement, voice and imagination. It is a caring and lively space for developing their creativity, building their self-confidence, refining their listening skills, and learning to cooperate with others. Through playful and expressive situations, they learn to express themselves, transform themselves, dare to be seen, and above all, broaden their horizons through the joy of theatrical play.

Would you like to offer your child an experience that is both joyful and formative? Register them or contact us, places are limited.
