This work draws from somatic education (particularly the Feldenkrais Method), respectful hands-on work, gentle movement, breath awareness, and at times, symbolic or sensory connections to nature (plants, grounding postures, seasonal elements). It grew out of my own experience of motherhood — and the deep need I felt for a safe, intelligent space to help integrate all that was shifting in body and identity.

General
Forest Lighthouse is a somatic education center, a discipline that regards the body as a tool for expression, a vehicle for experience, and a means of learning. The center specializes in organizing courses, workshops, and training programs with curricula designed to cultivate a deep understanding of the unity of body and mind.
We offer a wide range of somatic courses and training programs, tailored to various needs and interests. Our events aim to create a bridge between the arts and sciences, from dance to neuroscience.
Just as we seek to highlight well-established disciplines, we also strive to introduce pioneering approaches in the field of somatics.
The program is generally open to everyone. Except for events with prerequisites or required prior experience, the center offers activities aimed at anyone interested in learning.
