What is Apapacha Mama ?

The word Apapacha comes from Nahuatl (papatzoa) and literally means “to caress with the soul.” More than just a gesture, it suggests a deep, sincere presence — one that comforts and supports. As someone of Mexican origin, I carry this ancestral sensitivity at the heart of my practice, honoring the wisdom of care and embodied presence through life's transformations. Apapacha Mama is an individual, somatic support journey designed to help pregnant or postpartum women reconnect with their bodies, relieve tension, prepare for birth, or gently recover after it. What you’re living through is unique. This offering helps you meet it with clarity, embodiment, and care — placing you at the center of the process.
