Gaspard Rozenwajn

Gaspard Rozenwajn is a multidisciplinary artist from Brussels, an actor, dancer, singer, and graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in dramatic arts. Alongside his stage career, he is deeply committed to the practice of Ashtanga yoga, which he teaches with sensitivity and rigour. His guided practice of the first series of Ashtanga – Yoga Shikitsa (yoga therapy) is based on a subtle dialogue between Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, between dynamic and static, to promote energy balance. I am a certified teacher of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. My classes focus on holistic yoga flows. This path takes you through the philosophy and practice of mindfulness and yoga. Linking breath to movement, teaching you to trust your body, listen to your needs and reconnect with your breath.
