I am a certified teacher of Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. My classes focus on holistic yoga flows. This path takes you through the philosophy and practice of mindfulness and yoga.
Linking breath to movement, teaching you to trust your body, listen to your needs and reconnect with your breath. I teach beginners as well as more advanced students, but to everyone I meet, I say: “Come as you are. You have everything you need within you, and there is room for everyone in my classes. You don’t need to be extremely flexible or have a specific body type; all you need to do is take care of yourself, so that you can learn to be in tune with your values, be a light for yourself, and shine for others.”
My goal as a teacher is to invite you to find balance in your life, a deep sense of calm in any situation, to be more present, and to find joy and beauty in the world.
