I discovered Ashtanga yoga in Brussels with my teachers Anne and Lynne Pinette, with whom I studied devotedly for 12 years. Thanks to the many benefits the practice brings, it immediately became an important part of my life. So in 2015, I decided to make my first trip to study with Sharath Jois in Mysore, the cradle of Ashtanga Yoga. After several study trips to India, in 2022 I was honored to receive Level I Authorization to teach this method in the traditional way, as it has been taught over the years from master to disciple.
