About

Immerse yourself in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Alexandra. Work closely with your teacher to develop your practice, and allow your personal practice to unfold. How far you go in the sequence is particular to your body, and the pace is determined by your breathing pattern.
We offer two types of practice : Mysore classes and guided classes.
Weekly Mysore Classes (Monday – Wednesday – Friday)
• Arrival between 7:30 am – 8:30 am
• BEGINNERS : 8:00 am
On Saturdays, we offer a detailed and immersive guided class.
• 8:30 am – 10am

Alexandra's journey is deeply rooted in her passion for movement and her conviction that education is fundamental for a life of health and harmony at any age. Her guiding principle is Yoga, embodying the essence of non-duality, inclusiveness, and kindness, which shines through her work and interests, shaping her teaching approach. Her profound understanding of the body-mind connection was initially cultivated through competitive gymnastics during her childhood and adolescence, further enriched by her academic pursuits in Physical Therapy, massage, Thai traditional bodywork, meditation, yoga philosophy, trauma-informed practices, and nutrition.
