Through slow, deep movements, yogis learn to better understand their bodies and discover new ranges of motion while experiencing meditation, concentration, and breath control.

Jelila Laouiti

Jelila is a certified Hatha yoga teacher. Passionate about dance and movement, it was only natural that her path crossed that of yoga, which she has been practising for over five years. Her experience in dance, combined with her knowledge of the body and touch acquired during her studies of traditional Thai massage and Chinese medicine, make her an attentive and experienced guide. Initially, her practice was rooted in Vinyasa Yoga, combining fluidity, movement, and strength. This foundation led her to explore Hatha, Yin, and functional mobility practices.
