About
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that brings greater harmony to the body and mind through physical postures (āsanas), breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma), and relaxation.
Through slow, deep movements, yogis learn to better understand their bodies and discover new ranges of motion while experiencing meditation, concentration, and breath control.
