What is Bones for Life® ?

In our daily lives, we can sometimes experience joint discomfort and frequent injuries, feeling that something needs to change but not knowing what. Bones for Life® offers keys and concrete tools for gaining greater stability and confidence. Whether for your own comfort, or for professional use, this practice will enrich your relationship with your body.

BONES FOR LIFE ® is a program that stimulates bone strength and organises a posture that supports the body’s weight.
It’s the art of safely stimulating the bones. The primary condition to support dynamic, bone-building movements
is to ensure reliable posture that protects the cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, hips and knees from compression and deviation.

Created by Ruthy Alon, a direct student of Moshe Feldenkrais (Awareness through Movement®), the Bones for Life® program develops a person’s flexibility and vitality. It increases bone strength, improves posture, balance, walking and everyday movements in general.

Who is teaching ?

Lara Liu

is one of 3 French-speaking Senior Trainers in Ruthy Alon's Movement Intelligence programs (Bones for Life, Bones for Life Chairs, Walk for Life, Mindful Eating, Solutions for an Optimal Mobility). Trained as a classical pianist, her interest in movement and neuroscience has led her to practice and learn about other approaches such as the Alexander Technique, Eutony, Body-Mind Centering and Rhythmics. Practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method (Paris 7), then, 2004 – 2015, Lara attended numerous certified Movement Intelligence trainings offered by Ruthy Alon (1930 – 2020). She is also one of those responsible for training in all French-speaking countries.
