The Feldenkrais Method develops the tactile and kinaesthetic senses of the sensorimotor apparatus, enabling our abilities to emerge in a varied, differentiated, refined and precise register. It is an observatory of how we function, how we move in life in the broadest sense, and a formidable tool for accompanying change. The basic ideas and practical applications of the method are increasingly echoed in recent developments in the sciences and in academic research, both in the humanities and in the sciences in biology, physics, psycho-neuro-immunology, cognitive science and movement science. Increasingly present in the disciplines of health, rehabilitation, teaching, arts and sports, the method has also become a profession in its own right.

Traditionally, Feldenkrais Method training programs have brought together a wide variety of students. In keeping with this idea, we aim to bring together a group of people with diverse life experiences and interests, working in a wide range of professions.

There are a number of reasons why participants may be attracted to the training program. Some are looking to develop their professional activity, bring new perspectives to it, or reinforce skills they already possess. Others may wish to develop a new occupation and join a profession that is rich in learning, and become self-employed. Still others want to start down a path of personal fulfillment. Or they may simply want to deepen their understanding of the Feldenkrais Method.

Whatever the motivation, each participant will learn at his or her own pace, while progressing with the group.

Learning through group lessons in Awareness Through Movement (ATM), and individual lessons in Functional Integration (FI).

Year 2 - Exploring the structure of the Feldenkrais® Method - "The difference that makes the difference".
Year 3 - Deepening and consolidating the Feldenkrais® Method - "If there's a conclusion, it's that we've grown weary of reflection".
Year 4 - Professionalizing your practice of the Feldenkrais® Method - "The real lesson begins when you leave the room".
