What is Brighter Minds ?

In a world where children are constantly overwhelmed with attention grabs and struggle to listen to themselves, Brighter Minds offers strategies for focus, self-awareness, and emotional maturation through engaging, playful, and mindful activities.

Give your children a unique experience with the Alpha Brighter Minds program, led by Betzabel Falfan, co-founder of Forest Lighthouse and certified facilitator. Designed especially for children aged 6 to 12, this program aims to develop their cognitive, emotional and social skills in a fun, caring environment. Under Betzabel’s guidance, children will discover learning methods combining physical and mental activities, playing with concentration techniques, creativity, movement exercises and age-appropriate meditation practices. This approach encourages children to tap into their inner resources and develop their ability to connect with the outside world, giving them the tools to develop to their full potential.
